Instead, consume Chhachh or lassi, curd, fermented preparations such as Kadhee, eat Jalebi, eat Idlis and Sambhar, eat Chutneys prepared with the pounded and soaked Chana Dal+coconut garnished with curry leaves and sarson seeds, Tamatar+dhaniya+ adrak or ginger, Aloo+roasted garlic_curd etc. etc.
